Single Country Declaration (Fabrics)
The Single Country Declaration form is required for all textiles and textile products produced in a single country and imported into the United States if the textiles or products are valued at US$5.00 (approximately CAN$7.50) or over. A detailed description should include (if applicable):
- Fabric construction (knit or woven)
- Number of threads or stitches per centimeter
- Type of neck treatment
- Type of sleeves (long or short)
- Type of bottom (hemmed, ribbed, drawstring, etc.)
- Gender group the garment belongs to (e.g., ladies, men's, etc.)
- This is a United States Custom form, and must be completed in English.
